A striking new website for an agency that beats the bland out of B2B marketing.

Following the agency’s 7th birthday in early 2023, we refreshed Don’t be Shy’s brand strategy and identity to more accurately reflect our values, people and overall vision. As part of this refresh it was the perfect opportunity to give our website a facelift and launch our refreshed identity in the digital space.


The main goal of the website was to showcase our case studies in an impactful way and provide them with the gravitas they deserved; in turn this would allow our prospective clients to easily learn about our vast skills and capabilities as a team.
Understanding that some of our target audience such as Marketing and Managing Directors are often short on time, we prioritised bite-sized project information at the top of each case study. Accompanied by impactful project imagery and quick stats to evidence our expert craft and envious results.


Following insight from our previous website, we were aware that leads on the contact form had dropped significantly. Through bolstering our case studies as proof points of our expertise, we understood that to complete the user journey we also had to thread through strong get in touch CTAs and impactful, engaging contact form design.


We understand more than anyone that just producing good work does not make a great agency. Our values and our people are the foundation of all the award-winning work we produce, so it was key we gave them prominence on the ‘About us’ page so everyone visiting the site could get a flavour of what and who is at the core of the agency.
We balanced the emotional with the rational by also providing detail on the processes that underpin our work on the ‘What we do’ page.

The brand refresh was centred around our energy as an agency so bold type and colours were thread throughout, with some playful stickers for pops of our down-to-earth personality.

We also launched marketing campaigns alongside the launch of the website which resulted in a 35% increase in qualified leads via the website in H2 of 2023.
